Privacy Policy
In short. We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver work you have paid for. We do not sell your personal information. We never see or store your full card number. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do it.
1. Who we are, and in which role
Two different roles. For information about our own clients and website visitors, we are the Business (CCPA/CPRA) and Controller (GDPR), and this policy governs it.
For contact records a client supplies to us so that we can qualify them, that client is the Business/Controller and we act only as their Service Provider/Processor. We process those records solely on that client's documented instructions and for the contracted business purpose. If you were contacted by us on a client's behalf and want your data corrected or deleted, contact us and we will action the suppression immediately and pass your request to that client.

2. What we collect

We never receive your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never transmitted to or stored on our systems.
3. Legal bases (UK/EU visitors)
- Contract — to deliver a consultation you have purchased.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, secure our site, and prevent fraud.
- Legal obligation — to keep financial records required by law.
- Consent — where you have opted in to marketing. You may withdraw at any time.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote
- To carry out and deliver research you have purchased
- To take payment, issue invoices, and process refunds
- To provide customer support and handle any dispute
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations
5. We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Mobile numbers and text messaging
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
This exclusion applies to every other category of sharing described in this policy. No mobile opt-in data leaves First State Growth LLC under any circumstances, whether by sale, rental, transfer, licence or disclosure to an affiliate.
If you give us a mobile number, we use it only to contact you about your own enquiry or engagement with us. We collect it either from a form on this website or because you contacted us first.
Text messages are separate and optional. The text-message consent box on our forms is unticked by default and is separate from the box accepting our Terms of Service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you can buy any service from us without ever agreeing to receive them.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing or calling us. Replying HELP to any message returns our contact details. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Full detail is in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
We retain records of text-message consent — including the timestamp, the wording consented to, and the IP address — for as long as we message you and for four years afterwards, so that we can evidence consent if asked.
7. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who need it to help us operate, each bound to protect it and use it only on our instructions:
- Payment processing — to take card payments and issue refunds
- Website hosting and email — to run this site and correspond with you
- Accounting and professional advisers — for bookkeeping, tax and legal compliance
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
Mobile opt-in data is excluded from all of the above. It is never shared with any service provider, affiliate or other third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States and some of our providers operate elsewhere. Where personal information from the UK or EEA is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. How long we keep it

10. Your rights
Wherever you live, we will honour requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to receive a portable copy, and to opt out of marketing.
If you are in California, the CCPA/CPRA additionally gives you the right to know what we collect and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights. Since we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, there is no opt-out of sale to offer.
To exercise any right, email admin@firststate-growth.com. We respond within 30 days and never charge a fee. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
11. Cookies
This site uses only what is necessary to function and to load our web fonts. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioural advertising. Your browser settings can block or delete cookies; the site will continue to work.
12. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry and client records is restricted to people who need it. Payment card data never reaches our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
13. Children
Our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
